Multi Access Milling

5 axis machining is facilitated by our Haas VF5 with TR210 Trunnion that offers maximum rigidity and accurate performance for 3+2 and full 5-axis machining of medium to large parts.

4 axis machining is carried out on our Haas VF2 with HRT210 Rotary, from simple indexing to full 4th axis operation.

Programming is done from solid model data using SprutCam


CMM Reverse Engineering & Inspection

In-house inspection is carried done with a Romer Absolute Portable CMM together with conventional measuring tools.

We specialise in the Reverse Engineering of motor-sport components, both for re-creating obsolete castings etc or for digitising hand finished geometry such as porting work.


Super-finishing & Ultrasonic Cleaning

To compliment our design and machining capabilities we offer Super-finishing (vibratory bowl) and Ultrasonic cleaning in-house. We use  a specially developed environmentally sensitive cleaning process for machined pharmaceutical components. This allows our customers to take components straight from sealed packaging straight into production.
